Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several products are exempt from return. Products whose packaging or containers show signs of damage, scratches, breakage, alterations, or tampering with the spray system or valves cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate hygiene or sanitary products, or cosmetic products that have had their contents altered, or that have been used or altered from the original presentation of the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at jcazparfums and return your item to the store.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must mail it to the retailer.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the product you wish to exchange to arrive may vary depending on your specified location.
If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item in good condition, so you must ensure you provide the required packaging so that the product is received in a condition suitable for acceptance and, if requested, exchange the item or refund your money.
